The first released song to the upcoming CD "The Cataclysm" is available for download at http://www.songplanet.com/artists/bands/484/ , the name of the song is "American Melancholy".
The next song will be released sometime in August.
I also uploaded a 192kbps version of "American Melancholy" into the industrial-gothic mp3 newsgroup of Usenet. It should be there still. I will post it once every other week on Usenet for a while.
The CD will be finished soon.
So far I've been really happy with how it's turning out.
Additionally I've been working on new material for the followup CD.

I've got a few songs that i've been playing on the 12 string, they are coming together nicely.
Yeah, i've been thinking about the cover EP/MCD.
I keep on hearing/remembering songs that I'd like to do.
For instance I just heard 'Ohio' from Neil Young, and thought it would be cool to do that.
Maybe like 4 songs, or 5. Whatever could fit in 20-25 minutes. Maybe shorter.
I'm hoping I can get the vocals finished soon, then I could take a week and record the covers. Maybe even do a Lycia track??? or would that be too pretentious?
Probably make a list of songs i'd like to do, then start narrowing it down.

I liked the vocals, they really set it apart from Lycia. I was kind of worried it would be a little too similar for your own good, but no worries now. Looking forward to the album!
