Raison d'etre is playing here on the 19th of June, at this festival: www.dpfestival.com
I dunno, it's a Christian music festival, I can't say that exactly rocks my world, but it would be great to see Raison live (Azure skies are also playing).
Anyone here contemplating going?

are they christian? i find this odd. I wish I could go.
I saw on that russian music label that vulture posted that one of those guys has a project that released a cdr on it, i was wondering if it was any good. I can look it up if someone doesn't know what im talking about.

Member I highly doubt the guy in Raison d'etre is christian...
As far as I know, he wasn't even aware it was a christian festival until it was pointed out to him.
Azure skies on the other hand, contains Mental Destruction members...

Member I think you can still obtain an old Grismannen tape through Old europa cafe too actually. Didn't Lina of Deutsch Nepal also contribute to this "comedy act" at some point aswell? Or was that Njurmännen?
It's cool though let me know how the show is :) Do they have t-shirts at their shows ? ;)

Member After further investigation, it was actually Njurmännen Lina was a member of.
I guess I have been confusing these 2 bands for a long time now then...

Lina Baby Doll was involved in Njurmännen, but I hvae unfornately not heard it! Grismannen is funny though, "Absolute Bajs" means "Absolute Shit" and he seems obsessed with shit,,, just look how many songs are called anything with "... Bajs" ;)
Anyway! Deutsch Nepal kicks ass for sure! I saw them live in Copenhagen together with In Slaughter Natives and Coph Nia. Lina Baby Doll is just an genius!!!
And I'm also going to the DPfestival to see Raison d'être and Azure Skies... and I also doubt that Peter Andersson is a christian...
Btw the two lates releases from Raison is really good!

~Raison dude had that great side project Atomine Electrine. As far as I remember Mental Destruction was christian band.
