Should be pretty interesting to finally get a fresh interview with DHG's Vicotnik/Fixit, don't you think ? New album is about to get released, and I'd guess that he has some interesting facts to reveal regarding his musical ideas. Saw Brad's webspace and it would be cool to get more interviews ! Like with Zweizz, Virus, Fleurety, Thorns, Aura Noir, Ulver, Aldrahn...

If you want someone to work with, when it comes to some of these interviews, I'd be glad to help you out, of course...

More interviews with experimental acts ! And about Joseph's project, which concerned verbal discussions between a few norwegian artists, I'd say that you should try to cover the more obscure, ground-breaking bands, within the norwegian *metal* scene... Again, I'm thinking Beyond Dawn, DHG, VBE, Fleurety, Virus, and there's so much more.. These guys have always been very essential, to my ears at least, when I think progression or innovation for the genre. But when & where can we read what these great musicians have to say, or what and how are they thinking music, etc...

Carl-Michael, as a drummer, is almost never mentionned anywhere in metal magazines, and that I think is kind of weird, when I consider how unique & seriously creative he really is. Virus has had some good promotion and great reviews, but then again, almost no in-depth interviews.

Anyway, thats a good idea, Joseph... your project sounds cool to me. Keep us updated.

  4. new dhg is happening but you know things take time i guess. It's not abandoned (last time i heard which was a month or so ago)

Yeah filming a documentary talking to all the acts that are truly interesting and original, no cliche OMG WHAT HAPPENED BACK IN THE DAY WHEN GRISHNACK WAS FREE AND EURO WAS LIKE THAT GUY WHO RAN STUDIO 54!!!! I'd love to see a serious documentary talking to bands about various, avant-garde and original music. I would even like to see a interview with lars pedersen, helge sten, rune (owner of rune grammafon) etc...

  7. i just got a quote from a friend about DHG...

"They will begin with the vocals in august/september and the plan is to
release it late this year I think"

He and I agree that means probably early next year.
